My Portfolio
I’ve worked on a number of projects and startups over the years. Although I may not have found much success in many of these ventures, they were still incredible learning opportunities for me and I cannot even express how much I’ve learned throughout all this. I’m hoping that one day I’ll be able to publish a project to this page that will be successful! I will never stop trying and it only takes one success for it to all be worth it.
Caution Media Company
February 2021 – April 2021
Caution Media Company was a marketing company I founded when I was 17 y/o. I partnered with some friends of mine who were a few years older than me. Services we did included photography, web design, and graphic design. It didn’t get very far due to internal problems but it was good experience for me in working with others and running a business.
Speech Unleashed
The Speech Unleashed website was created for my aunt who wanted a website for her speech therapy blog and products. I made it using WordPress because the site requires a blogging CMS and I don’t yet have the skills to code my own.
Midland Village
The Midland Village website is one that I created for a client who owns a small village in Texas. It’s one of the first websites I created for a client and it was a lot of fun creating this. I created the site off a real estate website template I found online and edited the HTML and CSS to fit the customers needs. I’ve found that this is an effective way to make a website that doesn’t require a CMS.
Willcraft
March 2020
Willcraft was a Minecraft server I started when I was 16. It was incredibly fun building this server, It was viking themed and the server spawn point was based on a Viking/Nordic theme. It was the first time I tried to make real money through a video game. Surprisingly to me, it did made some real money. Two members of the server purchased the VIP membership and I ended up making about $160 off of that. After awhile, I got bored of it and it was somewhat difficult to market the server so I discontinued it. This is a project of mine that I’d like to start back up sometime in the future.
The Designer Factory
2015 – Present
The Designer Factory is my eBay store that I have been running since 2015(I would have been 12 y/o when I started it). The store has served many categories of items over the years. Originally, it was just computer components, phones and electronics that I would flip. Then I got into selling entire custom built gaming computers in the store, and after a while I got into reselling designer clothing like Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfigher. Today, the store is still active and I mostly just use it to get rid of things I don’t need anymore as well as clothes I find at thrift stores.
Willys Garage
July 2020 – December 2020
Willys Garage was a business that I started with a good friend of mine when I was 17 y/o. The business was based around reselling items on liquidation pallets. We purchased a pallet of items and began reselling them. We did garage sales, Facebook Marketplace listings, eBay listings, and we eventually got everything sold only to realise that we actually only barely broke even on the investment, hence why the business unfortunately failed.
